God's sense of humour???

I love all the stories on this site but Sue's story of 'Our New Home' is perhaps my favourite. It says so much about the character of God, how He cares about the smallest details in our lives ... and doesn't it make you think that God has a 'good sense of humour? Waiting 'til the last minute to pop those trees in the ground? What do you other ladies think ... has God got a GSOH? Has He made you laugh lately???

GSOH - definitely

Becky, I definitely agree with you God definitely has a sense of humour. I personally think you just have to look at the human body to see that he does.... It is beautfiul but oh so r andom at the same time.

God made me laugh yesterday - I was doing an assembly in a school and I had not spent enough time on learning it. As a result my brain went blank in front of 200 young people. Now for some that is the most scary event but I just lauged.'Right, I think God is trying to teach me something - I need to spend time learning my script.' I thought in my head. I had to get the guy I was working with to jump in. He laughed with me. God then took me for coffee.

A friend of mine, when he was a new Christian, asked God what people meant when they said He had a sense of humour. A split second later, a seagull pooed on his head.
